1. Website usage

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the website by any third party. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the availability or integrity of the Services, scraping content at scale, and using the website to transmit malicious code.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, software, and design elements, is the property of NexDesk Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. 3. AI demo disclaimer

Any AI demos, voice interactions, sample outputs, or conversational previews made available through the Services are provided for illustrative and evaluation purposes only. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment details, or confidential business data into any demo. Demos may be recorded and reviewed to improve our Services.

4. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or, where a paid engagement exists, the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Any paid engagement between NexDesk Systems and a client is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexDesk Systems is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
